We generally do not back-order items if they are out of stock at the time we process your order.

Out of Stock Items
Please be aware that "Qty in Stock" on our web site is an estimate of actual quantity available. If we have a low quantity of an item in stock, it is possible that it will be out of stock when your order is pulled, as sometimes this number is not entirely accurate.

If an item is out of stock when we fill your order, and if you are purchasing your merchandise using a credit card, you will only be charged for those items that are being shipped. If you choose to pay using a Check, Money Order or PayPal and an item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the difference.

We do allow exceptions when items are ordered in large quantities for special occasions. Please contact our customer service department for more information regarding our special order policy.
