Pool Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and dimension of products. At this time, we are only shipping to the 48 contiguous US states.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 business day from our Michigan warehouse.  Some products may fall under the 'special order' category and may require more time to ship.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS or Fed Ex tracking number of your shipment. The tracking number may also be viewed in your My Account section.

Freight Policy
Certain large/heavy products are delivered by freight truck. Purchaser is required to be present at time of delivery and may be responsible to unload products from truck. Please check for damage before accepting and signing for your product. Once you accept and sign, you will be responsible for filing a damage claim. If you find your product is damaged, refuse the shipment by writing DAMAGED on the bill of lading, contact us and we will file the claim on your behalf. We will then ship you a new product right away.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders delivered to a Michigan address and/or ordered with a Michigan billing address.

Problems With Order
Notify us immediately if the products in your order have been damaged due to shipping. In this event, keep the damaged box your shipment came in. The delivery driver may need to see it as proof when we submit a damage claim. It may also be a good idea to take a digital picture of the damaged box and contents.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase at PoolAndSpaEssentials.com, that is why we have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

You may return most un-used/unopened product still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Due to certain DOT regulations, most chemicals cannot be returned. Liners, heaters and other large/heavy products may not be returned. 

To return an item:

  • Please call us first for a RMA #
  • Ship the item to us freight prepaid; shipping costs are not refundable
  • Include a copy of the original invoice
  • Include the credit card number used to place the order - we do not keep your credit card information on file
  • Please call us if you receive a damaged product due to shipping (do not ship it back to us); save the damaged box

If a return is received without prior approval (RMA #) a 20% restocking fee may be charged.  No credit will be issued for non-returnable products. 

Refused Shipments
Orders that are refused and/or returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
