Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase at PoolAndSpaEssentials.com, that is why we have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may return most un-used product still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Due to certain DOT regulations, most chemicals cannot be returned.
To return an item:

Ship the item to us freight prepaid; shipping costs are not refundable

Please call us if you receive a damaged product due to shipping (do not ship it back to us); save the damaged box
If a return is received without prior approval (RMA #) a 20% restocking fee may be charged. No credit will be issued for non-returnable products.
Pool and Spa Essentials - Our Community:
We're not just about products; we're about taking care of our environment and giving back to the community as well. We use recycled packing materials and reuse as much as we can. The boxes that we cannot re-use end up across town in a different warehouse for shipment.
With products such as ours, we get a lot of requests for donations. We are proud to say that we have given generously to the Make a Wish Foundation, the American Cancer Society as well as other local organizations. And of course, the local schools benefit from our product donations as well!

Kristin is the busy boss lady around here. The company she started with just 12 stickers has grown to include over 29,000 products selections. Now her company has grown to include pool and spa supplies as well. When she's not ordering products, paying bills or gearing up for the next event, you will find her spending time with her five children or going for a Harley-Davidson bike ride.
Dave is our pool guy, he's been in the pool business for over 20 years and is an expert in the field. When he's not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
Heidi is our office manager. She's the one who answers your phone calls and emails with her friendly smile. Heidi is a bit of a thrill seeker. Whenever possible, you will find Heidi on the highest, fastest moving thing around or trying to convince her friends and family to get on the highest, fastest thing around with her!
Becky is our receivings clerk who is in charge of getting all the products into our system and online. She stays plenty busy entering information about each product as they arrive. Becky helps with the ordering of products as well; she's the one who watches for the product requests on the Message Board. In her spare time, she spends time with friends and her two cats.
Brandon is our IT guy around here. He's been working for us from day one, helping with the geeky aspects of running a website. He stays plenty busy improving the company's websites; his to-do list never gets shorter. Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and three little boys; he also enjoys playing games like Final Fantasy X and programming for fun.
Catherine is our shipping supervisor. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys creating scrapbooks for her three children, reading a good book and creating tasty treats from the kitchen.
Michelle works in our receivings department, organizing and restocking our warehouse. In her free time you'll find her reading a good book, scrapbooking or making her own greeting cards.
Clint is our customer support specialist and also our accounts payables person.
Debbie is one of the newest members of our team and works in our shipping department.
Candace is also one of our new employees and works in our warehouse picking and packing orders.
